We apologize that you are experiencing frequent disconnection issues with your Miku baby monitor.
Please follow the steps below in order to refresh and stabilize the monitor on your network.
- Unplug your Miku from the power outlet.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect your Miku.
- If the LED on the Miku is a solid White LED then your Miku is back online and connected successfully.
- If the LED on your Miku is a solid Yellow LED then please open the Miku app > Hamburger Menu (≡) on the top left > Add Miku/Device and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you’re still experiencing an unreliable connection, please make sure that every device in your household is signed in using an individual email address and password. Sharing login information across multiple devices will cause connection issues. This is a safety precaution that will prevent unauthorized access.
