- The audible alarm is designed to trigger alongside a No Movement event. Without this event recording, there is no alarm. The audible alarm will ring regardless of app status (open, closed, running in the background), please ensure Critical Alerts are enabled upon initial account creation. When an alert is triggered, based on your Miku Pro Smart Baby Monitor alert settings, your smartphone may receive a push notification and/or a sound alert from the Miku Pro Smart Baby Monitor app.
Push Notifications
- When enabled the Miku can send you Push Notifications when Movement or Sound is detected, or when your little one is Awake or Asleep. Push Notifications will be received like a text alert, only when the Miku app is fully swiped closed.
Note: The No Movement audible alarm triggers without any delay and it is delivered if your app is closed or open (an open app must have sound enabled). This alarm will ring when baby is being monitored, no movement is detected, and baby's respiration is tracked as stopped. This alarm triggers in under a minute.
When baby is not actively being monitored we recommend placing Miku into Standby mode. This can be done by tapping the power button on the top of the Miku (or the power symbol icon on the Miku app monitor screen). Tapping the power button again will exit Standby mode.
Miku contains an omnidirectional radar which can detect movement 360° around the Miku, reaching up to 6 feet away. This means that any moving objects such as fans, pets or people walking by or in front of the Miku will trigger movement or breathing.
While baby leaving the environment is built into Miku's understanding to prevent an immediate alarm, there is no long term memory capacity outside of Standby. When left on and monitoring with no baby in the crib, Miku will attempt to identify the surroundings with the only 4 modes of communication available.
Thank you for your patience and for being a part of the Miku family.

- Check to see if your router is functioning correctly and is located as close to the Miku Baby Monitor as possible. The Miku can take up to a minute based on network conditions.
- Make sure all other apps are closed and that the app is fully closed when not in use.
- Make sure that every device in your household is signed in using an individual email address and password. Sharing login information across multiple devices will cause connection issues. This is a safety precaution that will prevent unauthorized access.
